Although this is different from my typical style and genre of work, I chose to share it because it highlights my skills and passion for typography.  I was given the description of a fictional novel as a prompt for this design and I loved being able to use typography to draw in potential readers.  I found public domain images taken of the same eerie scene from different angles to set the scene for the story and chose a combination of fonts that gave off that same eerie feeling.  All of the font and publishing logo colors were sampled from the images to bring everything together.  Overall, this is one of my designs I am the most proud of despite the simplicity of the presentation.  Due to the nature of this design, I don't have as many pieces to share, but I feel that this project is a good representation of what I can do to convey a message through typography.
